After five years of building a strong reputation working within tighter budgets, the founder was ready to step into her next chapter — attracting clients with larger budgets and bigger creative visions. Her existing brand no longer reflected the level she was operating at, or the caliber of client she wanted to attract. It was time for a brand upgrade — along with a website audit to make sure her digital presence could support the next level of clients she was ready to attract.

The goal wasn’t to erase what she’d built — it was to elevate it. We sharpened her voice instead of changing it, preserving the playful, creative energy her clients already loved while raising the overall polish. We refined her existing color palette to feel more sophisticated, introduced typography that reads elegant and mature, and intentionally carried over key elements of her original brand so the new identity still felt unmistakably her.

Alongside the brand refresh, we ran a full audit of her website to identify what was working, what was pulling her positioning down, and where small changes could make the biggest impact on attracting her next tier of clients.

The upgrade didn't just look better, it performed. Within 2 months of working together, her Instagram following grew from 800 to 3,000 followers, client inquiries doubled, and bookings tripled. A refreshed brand and a sharper website gave her the visual authority to signal she's ready for bigger, more intricate projects, without losing the creative voice that got her here.
